"Brooklyns exceeded my expectations by successfully selling my flat within 2 weeks of it going on the market. I had my property on the market on a ‘multi -agency’ with 5 larger agencies, after no real success I appointed Brooklyns. These established agents could did not find a buyer while they had the flat on the market over a couple of months, but Brooklyns produced results in a matter of 2 weeks. In addition to this, as my flat was empty, Brooklyns suggested finding a tenant for the property so I would receive an income from my property while the legal work was being carried.
